Willkommen, Bienvenue, Welcome.
A few of these things were just (somewhat) recently acquired by the seller, no? the cover to 187 was on ebay not too, too long ago. Never understand this quick turn-around (and more than likely in Cerebus land rarely for a profit) situation...
None of these particularly strikes my fancy, except perhaps the pie page. You gonna throw your hat into any of these rings, Brian?
Yep - the resale ones are generally destined for a loss. I'm not in for any of these.
I'm surprised you didn't bid on the Swords cover: large size, full color, early art.Saving your pennies for other treasures?
If it was the actual cover, it would be interesting. This is the prelim. The pie page is sweet, but overpriced. The Sermon on the Chimney will go for a premium, but I am long out of that one.The 2-pages stands to be a good deal if it stays below $800 - it's the best auction out there right now.And frankly that cover with Cirin/Serna is pretty sweet, but it is not the first time it has been around.
