September 15, 2010 The Map

Here is a 10% reduced version of the hi-res scans I got for that map. Click to embiggen - some of the blue-lettered city names you still need the 100% version to see, but I got all the detail on those! The colors are still a little sketchy, and they probably are on the original, but I think it is possible to tag properly who's who with the Legend.

Now... if Ger picks this up as a project... (hi Ger - no pressure - just thinking out loud)...

In addition to the usual mappish features - land geography (mountains, water), Medieval features (cool ornate compass directions, cloud face wind-blowers, sea serpents) - I was also thinking that some of the locales could be more than just the place name, but also show little drawings (larger than scale, of course) of some prominent feature we know about - the tower in Iest, for instance.

So let's open this up - what are the locales and/or features that might be included as detail on this possible "World Without Cerebus" installment?
